Today was Sam and Parker's Halloween Party @ School. I was able to stay to help out for the party. It was quite comical. The kids were so funny and adorable in their costumes. There was one little girl named Veronica that came in an Iron Man costume. I loved her. She was so proud of it, while all the other girls were in their girlie princess costumes she was pretending to shoot everyone with laser beams. What a doll! We played some games, had some snacks and the kids got to bash in a pumpkin. What more could you possibly ask for. S &P are so excited about halloween this year, they both picked out their own costumes this year. This was the first year that they were dead set on what they wanted to be. Parker is Optimus Prime (Transformer) and Sam is Master Dan from the Bakugons.

Ben, Diane and TJ
Saturday we went down to Kalamazoo. Ben, Diane and TJ were in town to visit Baby Taylor. They live near Novi so we don't get to see them as often as we would like. It was SUCH a fun day. The boys had a blast hanging out with TJ. I was so proud of them because they were incredibly patient and nice to TJ. He is going to be 2 in December and let me tell ya this little guy can hold his own. Him and Parker were instant pals.

Need an interior decorator please!
A few months ago we moved the boys upstairs and we moved downstairs. They wanted to share a room ever since we got home from Florida. They do REALLY well in the same room surprisingly. The good thing is all the toys are up there. We moved into our old bedroom and the other bedroom on the main floor is Nate's office HOWEVER it is still decorated with cars & trucks. I secretly think Nate likes it that way! Ha! Anyways, everytime I go upstairs I feel overwhelmed with this feeling of needing to redecorate. I want to do something really cool for them with that space. The bedroom is quite large and has tons of space for them to play. They love it up there. I'm just so bad at decorating that I just give up and don't do anything. They still have our window coverings up there which don't exactly scream 4 year old boy! Ha! Any help would be appreciated:) Thanks!
When I took the pictures Kylie was over and they were really hamming
it up for the camera.
The kids coming up the stairs
There is a big closet in their room that they call
The Club house. They love it in there.
The entrance to the club house which is
on one side of the landing.
In between the club house and the entrance to their
bedroom. They love to lay on the stairs....WEIRD!
Playing
Their beds. I'm going to have to move them
into bigger beds soon as they are growing very fast!!
Three crazies!!!

On the right hand side is all closet space for

This week we took the boys downtown to check out Artprize. If you aren't familiar with Artprize its basically a huge art contest in downtown GR that anyone can enter. The whole city has been talking about it and the entire downtown has been taken over by different exhibits. We went last year and the boys still remembered it. We headed down at around 6pm in the evening on Thursday and walked around for about 2 hours. I could not believe how far the boys walked. They were so interested in all the different pieces and have been talking about it ever since. I think we will try to head back down again before it ends.
If you go just be prepared to be around A LOT of people. It was packed and that was on a Thursday evening. GREAT people watching though! I'm hoping that it brings all those small businesses in downtown GR lots of $$. Nate and I really enjoy going downtown with the kids. They love being down there and checking out all the people and big buildings. And our favorite sushi restaurant is located down there which is always a bonus!!!
This was Sam's Favorite. They call it "Rocket Pig"
Stuff made out of trees.
I love this picture of Sam. He was lovin the bridge
