Well Christmas is all done with. We had a great Holiday but there was a little part of me that was thinking "Hurry up already" I really tried to slow down and enjoy it though. The past couple of days have been a blur of errands, appointments and packing. Its almost 5pm on Monday and we leave first thing in the morning. I'm really amazed at how much stuff we can fit in that mini-van. The biggest help was the vacuum sealer bags. WOW does that make a difference. I highly recommend it! Sam and Parker could not be more excited which makes all the hard work and stress totally worth it! Little do they know that we will not be arriving in Florida for a couple of more days!!! We are taking our time getting down there. Tuesday we will drive about 8 hours and spend the night in Kentucky. Wednesday about 7 hours and end up in Georgia and then Thursday we only have to drive about 5 hours and will end up in St Pete. Nate's Grandma, two Aunts and a bunch of cousins live there so we will spend New Years with them and then head to Orlando on the 2nd of January. So packing was a bit tricky....One suitcase for the hotels on the drive down, another for St Pete and then a bazillion huge tubs for the stay in Orlando. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little bit nervous about the drive. The boys have been in such great moods though and have really been behaving and getting along good (perhaps a little Christmas present they arranged for us??). I'm going to miss my little house and all my friends and family but that is what Facebook is for right:) I am adding this picture of our "Florida Countdown" hard to believe I started this thing 99 days ago. Everyday the boys and I cross off a day and then ALL day they talk about how many days until Florida. It actually ended up being a good way to practice their numbers! I'm going to have to keep in though because it brings me such good memories!
