We all ventured out to Silver Springs On Friday. The weather was beautiful I dare say almost hot. Silver Springs is a park with glass bottom boat rides and lots of Alligators and a giraffe and kiddie park. My parents took us there when I was about 13 and I had good memories of it so I wanted to take my kiddos there as well. It was a TON of walking so we convinced my Mom to get a wheelchair so she could keep up with us and I think she was really glad she did it because the park is really spread out. The boys LOVED the boats which they called "Ships" and of course the Gators were a HUGE hit. Both the boys fed a Giraffe. I cannot tell you how proud of Sam we were because HELLO the kids does NOT like animals. He has blossomed so much on this trip and really conquered a lot of his fears. When we got home it was like 7ish and it was still warm out. The pool was up to almost 90 degrees so we decided to all go "night swimming" in the dark. The kids thought this was a great adventure!!!
